Elen And The City: WALKING THROUGH MY DREAMS

Quante volte vi capita di pensare di voler vivere in un'altra città? Di cambiare vita, abitudini, visione del mondo… Ognuno ha le sue preferenze, io non sono un'amante dei paesi nordici, delle capitali europee, adoro fare la turista, ma se dovessi scegliere di trasferirmi sicuramente opterei per l'oltreoceano: precisamente gli Stati Uniti, in particolari modo New York, Los Angeles e Miami. Sono sempre stata affascinata dall'America e dallo stile di vita che offre questa realtà, rimango una sognatrice e continuo a sperare che un giorno realizzerò il sogno di poter passare gran parte della mia vita proprio lì. Vi parlo di tutto ciò perché questi scatti mi fanno pensare ai grandi viali alberati di NewYork e a quanto avrei voluto scattarli davvero nella "Big Apple", i miei progetti si stanno piano piano realizzando, sto lavorando intensamente per rendere tutti questi sogni realtà.
Anni fa ho avuto l'immensa fortuna di fare un big tour di quasi un mese negli USA, con mia madre e mio fratello, ho visto una realtà talmente favolosa da esserne rimasta completamente affascinata e da non riuscire a discostarmi dall'idea di far diventare quella la mia casa.
Questo post è sicuramente diverso dai soliti outfit-post che condivido con voi ma in un momento di StartUp così importante, ho voglia di raccontarvi anche i pensieri che mi accompagnano in questo lungo percorso. Spesso penso a dove sarò tra 5 anni e mi vedo esattamente lì, dove mi sogno da tempo, a lavorare per nuovi progetti e un futuro sempre migliore. E voi? dove sarete tra 5, 10, 20 anni?
I giochi di parole a volte aiutano a rendere l'idea di ciò che si vuole trasmettere: la vita è troppo breve per non essere vissuta. E cosa significa vivere la propria vita? Significa combattere per raggiungere i propri obbiettivi, significa avere dei sogni, significa camminare lungo un viale alberato in una piccola città del nord Italia e pensare di essere a New York.

How many times did you think about your life in another country? About change your life, you behavior, your point of view… Each of us has their own preferences, I'm not a lover of Nordic countries, European capitals, I love to be a tourist, but if I could chose where to live, surely I would opt for the overseas: precisely the United States, like New York, Los Angeles and Miami.
I've always been fascinated by America and its lifestyle, I'm a dreamer and I think I'm gonna spend most of my life right there. I'm telling you this because when I did this shooting I was thinking about the tree-lined streets of New York and its amazing Parks and about how I wanted to be really in the big Apple. I'm realizing my projects, I'm working hard for make my dreams come true.
Years ago I had the great fortune to do a Big Tour in the USA, with my mum and brother, I saw a reality so fabulous to be completely fascinated! I can't stop thinking that one day I will live in this amazing country.
This post is surely different from the usually outfit-post but in such a great "StartUp" moment, I want to share with you the thoughts that are always with me during this long journey.
Often I think where I'll be in 5 years and I find myself exactly there, where I dream for a long time, working on new projects and on a future always better, And You? Where do you find yourself in 5, 10, 20 years?
Sometimes puns help to make it clear what you want to say: life is too short not to be lived. And what means "to be lived"? It means fight for your future, have dreams, It means walking on a long tree-lined street in the North of italy, thinking you are in New York.
